With over a decade of experience in luxury real estate, Ann is known for her discerning eye, innovative marketing strategies, and fierce client advocacy. A former NCAA Division I Athlete and Coach, she brings that same competitive edge and discipline to every transaction—never settling for anything less than exceptional results.
Ann holds the esteemed Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation from the National Association of Realtors and is an AMPI-certified member of the Vallarta-Nayarit MLS. She maintains her real estate license in Calgary, Alberta, is a recognized member of the Baja California Sur MLS, and is proudly partnered with The Oppenheim Group in Cabo San Lucas—one of the most renowned names in global luxury real estate.
